The Board of Directors and Management of Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham Abuja have officially declared 7th of October, 2018 as Grand Opening Day of the Super luxurious Hotel in Abuja.
This grand opening announcement comes after completing a multi-million dollars renovation that the hotel has been undergoing for the last two years.
The General Manager, Hawthorn Suite by Wyndham Abuja, Amine Saad made this announcement today while addressing the Pressmen at a Press Briefing.
According to him, “this is the first Hawthorn Suites in Africa, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham is part of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, an international hotel and resort chain based in the United States.”
“Permit us to use this medium to inform you that the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, His Excellency Mallam Nasir El-Rufai has graciously accepted to perform the formal commissioning ceremony for our hotel”.
“Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abuja” on Sunday, the 7th October 2018 at 11am, 1 Uke St, Area 11, off Ahmadu Bello Way, Abuja.
“His Excellency former President of Nigeria General Abdulsalam Abubakar(GCFR) will be the Chairman of the occasion and the Emirs of Suleja, Alhaji Awwal Ibrahim and of Minna, Alhaji Umar Faruk Bahago are the Royal Fathers of the Day”.
“Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the world’s largest and most diverse hotel company, encompassing approximately 9,000 hotels and more than 600,000 rooms in 66 countries under twenty hotel brands.” he stated.
Amine further disclosed that Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abuja is owned and operated by Shelter Suites & Hotels Ltd, a leading hotel developer and operator in Nigeria.
Also speaking at the Press Conference, Bamise Ogundare Head of Sales, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abuja stated that the Hotel is a 108 Suite hotel offering guests single, double and suite accommodations.
“Property features complimentary hot buffet breakfast and high-speed wired & wireless internet access, infinity pool, fitness center, guest laundry, meeting spaces for up to 2000 pax and Wednesday evening social hour”.
“Hawthorn Suites Room’s features include wet bars, expanded cable television, and upgraded bedding featuring signature sweet suite bedding experience”.
“This investment comes from our believes in creating value. We value the guest that stay with us and value our employees who are the reason for our success” said Ogundare.
Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham is a member of the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts family of lodging brands, are extended-stay hotels located throughout the world, featuring studio, one and two – bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens and wet bars.
Select properties allow pets and offer meeting and fitness facilities, swimming pools, guest laundry, convenience store items, valet and grocery services.
