What many of us may not fully understand is, Conflict is part of life which includes friendship and marriage. However, not everyone has the wisdom to handle this conflict with discretion.
They allow their emotions to override their actions thereby using unprintable words on those whom they once professed undying love for.
This is why you would always see fighting couples whom had earlier vowed to never speak to each other again, suddenly bury the hatchets and be back together, better and stronger.
To build lasting and loving relationship with anyone, you must conflict!
So if you haven’t had a fall out with someone you claim to love you might just have to prepare your mind for it, so that you don’t go too overboard.
Because having that understanding that you both might conflict at one point in that relationship will help you navigate through the hurting period. That’s where emotional intelligence comes in.
Now, for the Emotional intelligence part, it takes personal development and discipline to achieve that. Which requires constant self appraisal and determination on your part as a person.
Eighty five percent of the people who exhibit emotional intelligence aren’t born with it. It is a constant self improvement.
Why is this so? our background plays major roles in our overall outlook to life. Many were raised without it. That’s why many people would always want to know about the parents of their would-be Life partner before they make final decision.
