FG Declares Tuesday 20th Public Holiday For Eid-El Maulud

The Nigeria government has notified the general public that Tuesday November 20th is public holiday to celebrate the Eid-El Maulud.

The Minister of Interior, Lt Gen (rtd) Abdulrahman Dambazau who made the declaration on behalf of the Federal Government in a statement signed by the permanent secretary Dr. M.B Umar, has;

urged all Muslim faithful to align themselves with the prophet’s teachings which border on piety, charity, tolerance and peaceful co-existence, among others.
The minister still insist that the Buhari Led administration is working tirelessly to see that the unity of Nigeria is restored.
