#Strike: Organised Labour Adopts strategy to beat court order

Members of the organised labour have responded swiftly to alleged government’s move to arm twist them into abandoning Tuesday’s nationwide industrial action.

A reliable source gathered that since the National Industrial Court barred the Nigeria Labour Congress, United Labour Congress and Trade Union Congress from declaring strike action, they have decided to use affiliate unions to execute the strike.

Hence the various unions have sent out messages and directives urging their members to embark on nationwide industrial action from tomorrow.

Meanwhile government and representatives of labour are presently meeting in Abuja in a last minute effort to stop the nationwide strike.
