From findings by Follow The Money, In Borno state, 53 Billion Naira was spent on IDPs and we presently have 250,000 malnourished children at risk! What happens to all the money meant for them?

In December 2015 when Connected Development (CODE) sent a Freedom of Information (FOI) to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) which is under The Presidency requesting for Data on IDPs, activities and budgeted funds for them. We got a response in January, 2016 stating that no specific funds are directed to IDPs management and the total numbers was 153,286. Currently, children’s life are at stake and no one is taking responsibilities.

Where did all the money go? Are you following the money?
