The International Republican Institute (IRI), in collaboration with the Swedish Embassy, Abuja, hosted youth organisations, Civil Society Groups and government officials to the screening of a documentary titled “Dreams 4 Naija”. The documentary which prominently features Top hip hop artiste Banky W and other Youth Leaders that are currently making impact in their various field of endeavours contributing their own quotas to the development of this country such as Kingley Bangwell of Youngstar Foundation, Gbenga Sesan, Paradigm Initiative, and others. This screening was part of events to mark the one year anniversary of the documentary’s launch.
Dreams 4 Naija was produced with support from USAID, DFID, and profiles young Nigerians and their expectations and dreams for a future Nigeria. It captures what Nigerian youths expect and demand from their government, vision for the future and identifies new and cutting edge ways today’s Nigerian youth will contribute to the development of the country.
