As the Nigeria 2015 General Elections draws near and as we finalize plans to go to the polls, Vote or Quench in collaboration with Connected Development [CODE] is championing series of events and would kick-start with a Twitter chat using the hashtag #AirItOut on Thursday, 05 February (Tomorrow), 3pm – 5pm (GMT+1) [See attached e-flyer].
We hope this would inform a constructive dialogue about the future we want while playing a vital role as young leaders in shaping it.
A dedicated link has been launched to keep citizens well informed and engaged for debates around governance and accountability – http://www.voteorquench.org/2015elections/
The #AirItOut would be facilitated by Vote or Quench (@VoteOrQuench), Voice of America’s UpFront host, Jackson Muneze M’Vunganji (@upfrontafrica) and Washington Post Editor, Karen Attiah (@karenattiah) – Kindly follow them all on twitter.
Also, we would be joined by young prominent leaders such as Japheth Omojuwa (@omojuwa), Tolu Ogunlesi (@toluogunlesi), Abang Mercy (@abangmercy), Chioma Agwuegbo (@chiomachuka) among others.
CODE (@Connected_Dev) is please to host young people based in Abuja at our open space with free internet access, campaign posters for messaging and soft drinks during the tweet chat.
I look forward to an exciting chat tomorrow on The Future We All Want, while defining, shaping and playing an active role in it.
