As a seasoned business and management consultant, he has successfully integrated Kingdom principles with organizational excellence, helping churches, ministries, educational institutions, civic organizations, and corporate establishments develop effective governance systems, strengthen leadership capacity, improve operational efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth. His expertise spans strategic planning, leadership development, organizational management, policy formulation, institutional restructuring, and capacity building.
Dr. Abarra is also widely recognized for his passion for youth development and sports ministry. As a football coach and administrator, he founded Zionhill United Football Club as a platform to discover, mentor, and develop young football talents while instilling godly character, discipline, leadership, and life values. He firmly believes that sports provide a strategic avenue for evangelism, character formation, social transformation, and national development.
A passionate mentor and life coach, he has invested significantly in raising the next generation of transformational leaders. He believes that today’s young people are God’s strategic instruments for advancing His end-time agenda and is committed to helping them become spiritually mature, intellectually sound, emotionally healthy, and socially responsible leaders who will positively shape their communities and nations.

Dr. Abarra has been happily married to Rev. Melody I. Abarra—a minister of the Gospel, educator, and business executive—since 1996. Their marriage of over thirty years stands as a testimony to God’s faithfulness and grace. They are blessed with five adult children, two of whom are married, and are proud grandparents of two grandsons. Together, they reside in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, where the international headquarters of their ministry is located, continuing to serve God and humanity with unwavering passion and excellence.
