At last, Nigerian Soccer Star, Mikel Obi has shared his own side of story about the snubbing incident that happened between himself and 2Face Idibia way back mid-2000s, when they met at the London Mall.
To lay the controversies to rest, Mikel Obi opened up by referring to 2face idibia as a one of the ‘fake friends and a Pretender’ – whom they both grew up in city of Jos together, but suddenly changed when he became famous and never wanted to reckon with his old timers anymore.
According to him, in an interview he granted our source Mikel Obi said:
‘I have no love for fake friends and pretenders’
“We grew up together in Jos, you made fame before me. Several times I wrote to you but you never answered.
“The same God who did it for you answered my prayers and fame got to me too.”
