Feb 15, 2024 ##Gaslighting

The most difficult set of people to deal with are those who would never accept their faults!

Even when it is crystal clear to everyone that they messed you up, they will still be defensive because as far as they are concerned, their ego is more important than the person they are hurting!

These set of people are always very quick to point out the log in the eyes of others, whereas they would never see anything wrong with the heavy log in theirs.

Infact, as far as they are concerned, they are perfect being and even smarter than everyone around them.

To these set of people, pointing out their errors/blunder to them means you are the one with the problems. They are the grand master in gaslighting!????

If you have them around you, try as much as you can to advice them but if they are adamant, run!

Listen, as humans, nobody, and I repeat nobody was born without flaws. Aside, physical flaws, we have emotional, character and psychological flaws. And how we accept and embrace these flaws, which makes us unique individuals should be considered the real strength.

This starts by being open to criticisms and corrections and learning from them in order to have better relationship with people rather than taking offense and become ego tripping.

Having said that, one crucial lesson in all of these for everyone is, while we constantly remain incorrigible in our ways, we sometimes trigger the weaknesses in those around us without knowing.

I mean, those whom our lives ought to positively impact theirs. Because you will always attract the energy you give off. let’s be watchful.
