#ElectionTribunal: INEC, IGP, 117,606 Polling Unit Officers Charge to Court!

In a fresh law suit file dated 28th March 2023, before the Federal High Court, Abuja has charged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Chairman INEC, Commissioners INEC, 177,606 Polling Unit Officers as well as the Inspector General of Police (IGP) before the Court of Law over several cases of massive rigging and electoral malpractices in the last General Elections.

In the law suit file Number: FHC/ABJ/CS/426/2023 reads:

According to Legal experts, this is about the first time in the history of Nigeria’s election Tribunal that such legal action would occur after elections had taken place.
