A group of Christian youths called the Noble Youths of Shepherd’s House Assembly International has paid a courtesy visit to newly appointed Vice Chancellor, Prof Adikwu. According to Arome Adaji, the youth leader of Shepherd House Intl he said one of the objectives of the courtesy visit is to congratulate the new Vice Chancellor and to also create a platform for spiritual revival in our various higher institutions of learning through our “Quarterly Campus Tour with Rev (Dr) Joshua Talena” which will be kicking off officially in November this year.
Prof Adikwu who also received these Christian youths with open arms stressed the need for parents to encourage their wards/children to move closer to God no matter their religious convictions, for this would not only bring about academic revival, it would also help solve perennial cult rampage and other social ills and vices that have eaten deep into the education system” he alluded.
