At the Meetting, Nnenna Nwakanma, who is Africa Regional Coordinator, World Wide Web Foundation said consumers are being confronted with several challenges in terms of efficient service providing from the local Internet Service Providers (ISPs) on daily basis. These challenges often stem from inadequate policy review, lack of clarity of Terms and Conditions as well opting in and opting out of data plan. “Consumers don’t get value for their money anymore, which is quite sad” she affirmed.

The workshop is scheduled to be concluded on 25th February.
