Nkiru Nnaemego, the Initiator of YFarm, a popular youth based Project which focuses at promoting agriculture amongst Nigerian Youths celebrated her Birthday in grand style as she added another year last weekend, Saturday 31 January 2015.
ENKAY as she is fondly called by her Abuja colleagues and friends is also the Executive Director, Fresh Brain Initiative Nigeria (FBIN). This indefatigable beauty and brain is one out of few Nigerian ladies who is currently blazing the trail and raising the bar for the next generation in area of youth inclusiveness in national development perhaps because of her background in law and legal matters.
Enkay, who is extremely passionate about youth and social development hosted top celebrities in Abuja such as Big MO of WAZOBIA FM Abuja, Oludotun of CODE and Follow the Money fame, Nedum of YFarm Fame and of course Dotun Roy, Top Nigerian Blogger as well as other well wishers to Barbeque Party at her Abuja residence amidst party mood with music, dance and fun.
Few hours before the Barbeque Get Together she had sent this beautiful, warm and touching broadcast which I will not forget in a hurry from her blackberry to appreciate all her well wishers and loved ones. It reads:
“Today is my Special Day on Earth. It is a day to thank God for my life and my parents for not only accepting to bring me into this World but also for keeping a didactic watch over me till date.
To my siblings, you guys are awesome. To my friends, colleagues, mentors, spiritual directors, partners and neighbours, thanks for your support and constructive criticisms which have helped shape my values.
To my mentees, thanks for learning my positive and not negative values 🙂
To my Special Rib, a new generation of God’s children await our Union to bring them into this world to fulfil their own mission.
As I continue my journey on earth, I pray for Divine Direction, Favour, Grace, Guidance and Upliftment in all areas of my Life.
To all my peers, I appeal that we totally embrace my GDP – God First in Everything, Determination to Succeed, and Passion for positive change. Let us be God’s instruments to bring peace into our society and draw souls closer to God.
