Erroneously, people would always say at every 20th January, that only blacks and coloured people in the USA remember the Civil Rights Activist, Martin Luther King Jr. Tommorow is another 20th January which in no doubt would forever remain Martin Luther King’s remembrance day, which is not only for blacks but for all humanity, all races whether you are black, white, yellow and red skinned.

What most people do not know about this man is that he did not just fight for the right of blacks alone, he fought for the civil rights of all men and women across the global. Being a Pastor, Activist and Humanitarian exhibiting partiality in his activism and favouring only blacks would not have been part of his attitude.

As a Christain, he held on to christain values and beliefs in the cause of his activism. He believed all men were created equal before God and as such they must be treated equally with respect.

He applied non-violence method in combating racial inequality which earned him Noble Peace Prize. Eventually, he was adjudged one of the greatest orators in American history.
